Our guest teacher, Ellen Watson is celebrating a quarter century on staff at Esalen Instutue in Big Sur, CA, where she developed the Movement Arts Program and teaches a range of massage, yoga and moving meditation practice. Ellen is a licensed minister and believes that the core of all healing begins in the realm of the heart and the spirit.
